The ALLURE OF RISK brand is owned by "EXIMUS" Ltd

The general conditions of use (referred to as "Terms" or "General Terms") apply to all orders placed by the customer (referred to as "You") to "EXIMUS" Ltd EIK 208085862 (referred to as " us' or 'we') on the site or the mobile version.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

"EXIMUS" Ltd reserves the right to stop offering any product or service at any time. The availability of products and services on www.allureofrisk.com at any given time does not mean that those products or services will be available at all times.

"EXIMUS" Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms without prior notice. The terms of use that will apply to your order will be those on www.allureofrisk.com at the time of your order.

PRICES

The prices shown on "www.allureofrisk.com" include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) but do not include delivery costs.

The total payment amount for the order is indicated during the order, as well as upon its completion. If your order cannot be delivered in one shipment and more than one delivery needs to be made, there will be no additional charges after the first delivery.


ORDER/CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

After placing the order, if you have provided us with your email address, you will receive a confirmation of it. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for the order, we will refund the relevant amount using the same payment method that was used by you.

The colors of the products you see depend on your computer or mobile device and we cannot guarantee that they display correct and true colors.

Item sizes presented on "allureofrisk.com". are approximate. The final dimensions of an item may vary depending on the manufacturing material.

The platform provides an opportunity to submit a complaint online against a trader registered in the EU and to resolve the dispute out of court.  

If the dispute cannot be resolved through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) or direct negotiations with us, either party has the right to refer the matter to the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria.  


Requirements for Customers Submitting a Complaint

To enable us to review your complaint as quickly as possible, please provide the following information:  

- Full name;  

- Order number (if applicable);  

- Description of the issue;  

- Copies of documents proving the purchase (e.g., invoice, receipt, or electronic confirmation);  

- Suggested resolution (e.g., replacement, refund, etc.).  


Costs of Dispute Resolution

- ADR procedures are free of charge for consumers.  

- Court proceedings may result in additional costs (e.g., court fees, attorney's fees).  


RESOLUTION OF PAYMENT DISPUTES

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and applicable Bulgarian legislation, "EXIMUS" Ltd. provides the following procedure for resolving disputes related to payments:  


1. Filing a Complaint

If you believe that an error or unauthorized transaction has occurred regarding your payment (e.g., double charging, incorrect amount, rejected or withheld payment), please file a complaint with us via one of the following methods:

Your complaint must include:

Our team will review the case and contact you within 14 days of receiving your complaint.  


2. Dispute Resolution Procedure

2.1. Internal Review:

- Upon receiving your complaint, we will investigate the transaction in our system and, if necessary, contact the payment service providers.  

- If an error is confirmed, we will take the appropriate corrective actions (e.g., refund, issuing a new receipt, etc.).  

2.2. Feedback:

- You will be informed of the results of the investigation and the actions taken within 14 days of submitting your complaint.  


3. Refunds

- If the dispute is found to be valid, "EXIMUS" Ltd. will refund the improperly charged amounts via the same payment method used for the initial transaction.  

- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the terms of your bank or payment institution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved directly with "EXIMUS" Ltd., you have the right to contact:

5. Judicial Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures or alternative dispute resolution, either party has the right to bring the case before the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria.


DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

For "EXIMUS" Ltd, it is of great importance to quickly process your orders and ensure fast delivery according to the option you have chosen.

"EXIMUS" Ltd processes and ships the orders in the order in which they were placed. While we aim to deliver quickly, it may take longer due to unforeseen events.

"EXIMUS" Ltd is not responsible if it cannot deliver goods and services when this impossibility is due to an event beyond our control, which includes but is not limited to: fire, flood, storm, natural disaster, riots, civil riots, war, nuclear accident, terrorist activity, epidemic, pandemic, emergency epidemiological situation, etc. reasons beyond our control.

METHODS OF DELIVERY

For shipments on the territory of Bulgaria

Free shipping.

In order to reduce the harmful impact of transport on the environment, biodiversity, climate change and conservation of natural resources, you could choose delivery to the office of a courier company or courier machine.

Shipments sent to a customer's address Monday through Friday are delivered by 6 p.m. Shipments sent to the office of a courier company can be received in the morning when the office of the courier company opens. Shipments sent to a courier machine can be received 24/7. In the event that there is no one to accept the shipment at the delivery address specified by you, "EXIMUS" Ltd. is not responsible for undelivered shipments.

Additional courier services such as cash on delivery, specified exact time of delivery, and delivery to an address on Saturday or Sunday are paid by the recipient of the shipment according to the conditions of the courier company.

For parcels staying in the office of a courier company after the seventh working day, a warehouse fee is paid by the recipient according to the courier company's tariff.

For shipments outside the territory of Bulgaria

Delivery at the expense of the recipient.

Free shipping for orders with 2 or more jackets.

Delivery takes place within 5-7 working days.

After a registered unsuccessful delivery attempt to the recipient's address, it is possible for the parcel to be left at a local post office or partner service office.

For shipments addressed to islands and remote settlements; shipments subject to customs processing; shipments with an out-of-date/incomplete address or without a contact phone number for the sender and recipient specified by the customer, as well as for shipments from/to a residential address, the specified delivery time may be extended.

A country-specific telephone number and correct e-mail address of the recipient must be provided in connection with the Predict service (advance notification of a precise delivery time window).

For delivery of parcels to campuses/universities in Germany, it is necessary to specify the recipient's building/block number and room number in addition to name, telephone number, email and address.

For deliveries to business buildings in Germany, it is mandatory to indicate the name, telephone number, email and address of the recipient as well as the bell number.

For customers who choose express delivery(Air Express), please note the following:

Cost: Express delivery will be at the customer's expense.

Delivery Time: Orders will be fulfilled and delivered within 2-5 business days.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

For shipments on the territory of Bulgaria

1. Payment upon delivery (Cash on Delivery).

You can choose to pay cash on delivery upon delivery of your order.

”CASH ON DELIVERY” IS AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE OF THE COURIER COMPANY, DIFFERENT FROM THE COURIER SERVICE (DELIVERY). ”Cash on delivery” is a service of the courier company, which undertakes to collect from the recipient an amount specified in advance by the sender and to pay it within the established terms to the sender of the shipment. For the ”Cash on Delivery” service, the courier company charges a commission fee, WHICH IS PAID BY THE RECIPIENT. Cash on delivery can be paid in cash or by card upon delivery of your order.

RETURN OF GOODS

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any items. Please ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.

"EXIMUS" EOOD reserves the right to refuse the return and/or exchange of goods requested outside the fixed period, as well as of items that are not in the condition in which they were received.

Important Notes:

- Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable;

- Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns and replacements.

- If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please follow these steps:

  Before proceeding with the exchange, please check the availability of your desired size by:

2 . After receiving confirmation, please complete the returning form included in your package, indicating the old and the new size you wish to receive.

3. Send the item together with the completed return form to one of the addresses provided.

2. Send the Package: Return the item along with the completed exchange form to the specified address:

 1. Return Procedure

Step 1: Fill Out the Returning  Form provided with your order

Step 2: Package the items securely, along with the completed form, and send them to the return address provided on the form. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

 2. Refund Process

- Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will send you a confirmation email.

- Your refund will be processed in the same payment method you used to place the original order.

- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method or bank.

 3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. After your return has been processed and refunded, you can place a new order with the new sizes you require.
